Where does the time go? It has been way too long since I posted anything here. That is about to change!
Raleigh Real Estate Talk is back and I’ve got lots of really cool things planned for the site! The first thing you’ll notice is the new look. It is cleaner with what most visitors are asking for right up front. It will be much easier for you to navigate your way around and actually find what you’re looking for now.
The overwhelming feedback I have received in the past is that visitors want neighborhood and area info, tips on buying and selling homes from a professional’s point of view, as well as the ability to search for homes for sale. The new layout is very neighborhood focused with the past seven articles about neighborhoods right on the main page and some easy to use navigation tools to search the neighborhood archives. Categories have been simplified to highlight buying a home, selling a home, and area info.
Very soon I will be announcing a new online search tool that is fast, easy to use, and loaded with powerful organizational features. Look for that in the next 30 – 60 days. For now, the same search resources as before will be available.
There’s even plans for a video section too! Much more content to come in the days ahead. All organized in the new layout for fast access.
It’s great to be back to writing and providing resources for home buyers and sellers in the greater Raleigh area. Be sure to tell all your friends to stop by and check things out!

Bob… good to see you twice last week. Love our new townhouse in Highland Creek…you’all, Bob is the man you need to guide you through the home buying process. His excellent service from start to finish on our purchase made everything go very smooth. We were out of state buyers and really appreciated Bob’s professionalism, service and concern for our needs.
Mr. Bob…Thanks for helping my Grandpa get his new townhouse in Highland Creek. He is close to my house, and will be able to visit me all the time. I know I will enjoy the pool and park when I go to visit my Grandma and Grandpa.
