Okay, technically it’s Tuesday because of the Labor Day Holiday, but better late than never. Here is the real estate market snapshot for Raleigh.
This will be posted every Monday morning for all you statistic addicts 
The sample time intervals are way too small to see any trends when we look at stats weekly, so don’t get too excited about price increases or decreases. The goal is to make sure this data is available to everyone buying or selling a home in Raleigh who reads this blog without too much scrolling. Comments and suggestions are welcomed.
